Synopsis

"When our past is lost, can we also lose our identity?"

After waking up in a scene ripped from the pages of a horror novel, previously mild mannered, Christian Howard is reborn a very different man. Left without the memories of his past, and an inability to distinguish faces, he is torn from the very things that made him human. He finds himself fixating on the bloody scene he woke to, a fixation which drives him to recreate the scene, desperate to perfect the hidden beauty only he could perceive in it.

It is up to Detective Matthew Martin to catch the monster that Christian has become. A monster whose motives escape him, in a pursuit that forces him to question the very rules he has respected for so long. Rules he suddenly finds restrictive in his pursuit for justice, a pursuit to stop a monster unlike any he has previously known.
