In the ruin of 1920's Europe, the Great War rages on. The United States, in an act of firm neutrality, has entered an isolationist stance that has transformed it into a capitalist paradise, while disease and conflict tear the Old World apart.
Three soldiers, Gerhard, Max, and August, are faced with certain death in the trench systems in France, and in their struggle to survive, they are faced with choices that may scar their souls forever.
