Synopsis

The bottom has fallen out of the world.  In the new regime, a man can scratch a living making power for the masses.

Luc Drapeau has nothing to his name except for his family.  For them he works, pushing himself to exhaustion to buy their bread.

When an offer comes from New York, they emigrate to the city of opportunity.  But opportunities are slim for Luc.

Faced with starvation, Luc does the only thing he can to find work, fighting back against oppression with nothing but his principles and his courage.
